How do we book 1 hour Canal Cruise?

That’s easy, you’re already on our website, so go ahead and book online. You will be emailed a confirmation, but you don’t need to bring this with you as we already have an electronic record of your booking.

Can I just turn up and pay on the boat?

This is not advisable as your booking will not be secured. It is best to book online.

How much does it cost?
Currently our prices for our 1-hour canal cruises are:

Adults - $35
Concessions (Pension Card Holders) - $30
Children (aged 3 to 14) - $23
Family ( 2 Adults and 2 children) - $95
Infants (0-2) – FREE

Fee’s and Charges
Unfortunately fees and charges in the form of booking agent fees and credit card surcharges are an unavoidable cost to small business.

In order to keep our base price down, we have to pass on these fees to the customer, however, the final cost remains extremely good value for money, as echoed in our TripAdvisor reviews.

We appreciate your understanding.

Can we bring guide/assistance dogs on board?

Yes, but please contact us prior to make arrangements.

Where does the cruise leave from?

The boat leaves from “The Wharf Mooloolaba”. The exact address is 123 Parkyn Parade Mooloolaba. The main adjacent building to the Wharf is the Sealife Aquarium.

If you head through the buildings towards the water, you will see our boat “The M.V.Mudjimba.

What time do we need to be there?
Your Skipper will head up to the central area from 15 minutes before your cruise to muster our cruises. We ALWAYS try to contact people who do not arrive by the time the cruise is about to depart.
Is there parking?

There is a carpark at the wharf Mooloolaba offering 4 hours free parking, but during peak periods it gets full very quickly. It is situated where the wharf and Sea life buildings are which can be accessed from the river Esplanade, or Parkyn Parade. There is also time limited parking on the surrounding streets. There is also a multistorey paid parking facility with 700 car spaces located 7 First Avenue, Mooloolaba. It is approximately 600 meters from the wharf.

Is there a free tourist bus in the Mooloolaba area?

Unfortunately, at this point there is not. It is something that local businesses, keep asking the council and Visit Sunshine Coast to negotiate. Ask your accommodation facility about the local bus runs to Mooloolaba.

Do you run every day?

We operate our cruises 7 days a week! 11am, 1pm, 2:30pm and a sunset cruise!

However, there may be times that we don’t operate due to low numbers or bad weather conditions, so we always advise that you check our bookings page to check that we are running or call us on 0411 368 248.

How long does the cruise go for?

We run our regular day cruises for 1 hour.
